Between Asleep and Awake....

I love the place between asleep and awake. It is such a welcome surprise to find you there,  each time like the first and always too brief. In this place, I see you, I feel you, I smell you and even taste the salt on your skin. It's a beautiful reality; not a dream but a visit. I know it must be so hard to come back here, so thank you for making that sacrifice to help me in this healing journey.  Thank you for taking time just for me.
